Corruption increases the risk of inequality and gender-based violence. As the first female Dean of the International Anti-Corruption Academy, I will strive to promote and empower the role of women in the fight against corruption and the rule of law. I firmly believe that fair representation of women in anti-corruption efforts is essential for fostering inclusive societies.

Personal Commitments
Integrate gender considerations into the selection process of participants and the content of IACA’s academic programmes, training courses, and activities.
Develop initiatives, such as a scholarship programme, to empower women in all decision-making levels through education and training focused on leadership and anti-corruption.
