Gender Equality is the Responsibility of All. I believe that it can be achieved if leaders give space and support women and girls, particularly the younger generation, to have their voices heard at all levels.

Personal Commitments

I will work with TdH NL global leadership to develop a gender policy for the organization that firmly addresses gender parity, IGC GBV pledge and other workplace gender dynamics.
I will mobilise at least 4 African Male senior leaders to join the IGC network, Nairobi hub.
