Gender Equality is the Responsibility of  us all. I believe that it can be achieved if leaders ensure space and give support to women and girls, the younger generation, and male gender champions, particularly in Africa, to have their voices heard at all levels.

Mobilise at least 2 African Male senior leaders to join the IGC network, Nairobi hub.
Support finalization and implementation of the Gender and SOGIESC policy across the organisation, embedding the GBV zero tolerance and panel parity pledges with a contextual lens.
