Personal Commitments

I commit to fostering an enabling environment for women in leadership by ensuring gender-balanced external nominations throughout 2026, with the objective of increasing women’s representation in decision-making forums where the Mission is involved to at least 30%, thereby exceeding the representation rate achieved in 2025.
I commit to establishing a gender-sensitive and inclusive workplace culture by conducting at least two structured dialogue sessions in 2026 for Mission staff, focusing on gender equality and respectful workplace communication based on the Mission’s established Code of Conduct. I will also review staff feedback to assess progress and identify areas for further improvement.
