I consider the commitment to gender equality indispensable. Inclusion and diversity are integral to our mandate and role in promoting international peace and security. I strongly encourage my colleagues to follow suit in committing to adapting our working methods and organizational culture and to further strengthen our efforts in addressing gender as well as Women, Peace and Security commitments.
