Many professional women face a variety of challenges in their day-to-day lives and in efforts towards advancing their careers. In recognition of this, we established a Network of Women Leaders in the UN Nairobi Duty Station focusing on defining concrete initiatives, such as mentorship support, leadership skills building, and advocacy-related initiatives, to support the career advancement efforts of women.
