We have no other option than to walk the talk if we are serious about gender equality in daily life. We all have a responsibility to contribute to the progress of gender equality benefitting, as it does, each and every one of us.
Organize a workshop for all staff members on sexual harassment prevention and gender equality awareness. The workshop will be facilitated by an external expert.
Following the positive feedback received regarding last year's commitments, on improving work-family life balance (ex: working from home) and equality based working atmosphere the introduced measures will be fine-tuned and formalized. The lessons learnt during last year's trial period will be taken into account.
