“In the post COVID world we must ensure that we build back better our community. UNICC will be tasked with delivering scalable digital solutions for the UN family, as effectively and creatively as possible.

We can only live up to these expectations by ensuring we have adequate diversity of perspectives: by gender as well as by sexual orientation, nationality, and race.

Ensuring we have Gender Parity at all levels within our organization is therefore a priority for us at UNICC, and for me personally, as this will be instrumental to best support the UN system.”

I support the IGC Panel Parity Pledge.

I support the IGC gender-based violence pledge.

Personal Commitments

I will work closely with organizations that champion gender equity specifically in the field of data and analytics, working to ensure equitable participation of women in data collection and data solutions ideation and design. As a starting point, we are partnering with UNFPA in their Equity 2030 Call for Action to ensure that the Global Digital Compact includes women’s voices to advance gender equity in design, data and financing.
I remain committed to an organizational objective of achieving gender parity by 2028 and in order to reach that milestone, I will redouble our focus on retaining women in UNICC’s workforce by making it a more inclusive workplace.
