To strengthen gender equality and amplify the voices and agency of women is a key driver towards more equitable and prosperous societies. I am proud to contribute to these important efforts as an International Gender Champion in Nairobi.

Personal Commitments
Explicit advocacy for the protection and realisation of women’s rights and gender equality in official meetings with Kenyan partners (political, economic, cultural etc.), thereby mainstreaming the German feminist foreign policy.
Promotion of and exchange with women in key positions in Kenyan politics, for instance female governors, MPs, senators etc.
