I will actively promote climate change leadership that demonstrates how gender-responsive or transformative approaches to addressing the climate crisis enable more effective climate policy, in particular, I will advocate for the inclusion of gender considerations in climate finance policies and allocations.

I commit to working with host governments and my staff to increase spaces and opportunities for women in all their diversity to participate in COPs and SBs and strengthen the monitoring and reporting of gender and sex-disaggregated data in this regard.
