I commit to strengthening an inclusive and respectful workplace culture within the Permanent Mission by ensuring that all staff complete training on unconscious bias, inclusive leadership, and the prevention of harassment and sexual misconduct by the end of 2026. I will personally lead one internal discussion per year to reinforce zero tolerance for gender-based discrimination and harassment. I will integrate these principles into management practices, including recruitment, team leadership, and performance feedback.

I commit to actively advancing women’s participation in multilateral decision-making by advocating for balanced gender representation in Swiss-supported nominations to UN bodies, expert groups, and leadership roles throughout 2026. I will engage with women leaders and networks in Geneva to strengthen visibility and access to senior international roles.
