Half of humankind are women. Such a distribution on birth of every child happens for a reason. Does the professional life of nowadays mirror the same? We are all marked by different circumstances in life. Whether the community were born into, choices we made or were made for us, the life path we have taken, and the list goes on. Still, each and every one of us carries distinctive traits that make us a unique and a special gift to this world. It is a privilege and a duty of a Gender Champion to do whatever it is in our power, and beyond, to ease the path to opportunities of so many women and girls out there, and thus stop wasting the resources the world so desperately needs.
