Half of humankind are women. Such a distribution on birth of every child happens for a reason. Does the professional life of nowadays mirror the same? We are all marked by different circumstances in life. Whether the community were born into, choices we made or were made for us, the life path we have taken, and the list goes on. Still, each and every one of us carries distinctive traits that make us a unique and a special gift to this world. It is a privilege and a duty of a Gender Champion to do whatever it is in our power, and beyond, to ease the path to opportunities of so many women and girls out there, and thus stop wasting the resources the world so desperately needs.

I support the IGC Panel Parity Pledge.

I support the IGC gender-based violence pledge.

Personal Commitments

Continue to promote - among my co-workers - work-life balance, through making sure that workload is equally divided, planned and notified. Work-life balance does not only immensely contribute to gender equality but to physical, emotional and mental health of employees who are in turn more motivated and productive.
Actively advocate to uphold and promote the language of gender equality in the statements of Croatia and the EU, joint statements and resolutions, primarily in Human Rights Council, but as well in other formats in both Geneva and Zagreb, as this is an important step in attaining equal opportunities for both men and women in political, economic, education and health aspects.
