I am not satisfied with the record of Gender parity in IOM. I know we can do better. I am working with all my senior staff to make sure they embrace diversity and show to all that in IOM all deserving human beings regardless of their gender have a place. A more diverse IOM will also mean a better and more efficient way to serve our beneficiaries.
