To increase work-family life balance through an extension of home office possibilities and through internal meetings within working hours.
To strengthen an equality based working atmosphere through, among others, no gender bias, gender parity among staff, equal pay for work of equal value, zero tolerance for sexist remarks or jokes, and equal participation of men and women in projects and initiatives.
