ONLINE TRAINING COURSE
Feminist Foreign and Development Policies: Rethinking Power, Justice and Global Solidarity

Global South feminist movements increasingly demand that Feminist Foreign and Development Policies (FFDPs) move from rhetoric to reality—by sharing power, centring local feminist knowledge, and ensuring direct, flexible funding to women-led organizations. This course responds to that call by equipping policy makers, practitioners, and activists with the conceptual grounding and tools to understand and assess feminist foreign and development policies from a perspective that values inclusivity, coherence, and transformative potential.

The course is designed to enhance the skills and knowledge of policy makers, development practitioners and activists. Upon completion, participants will have a deeper understanding of challenges and opportunities of FFDPs, its origins and objectives, and links to intersectionality and the current global context of democratic backsliding and backlash against gender equality.

Registration

Registration to apply to this course is now open. The course is free of charge and will be held from 2–4 December 2025. Please note that participation is limited and registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. We will inform you of your selection status by the week of 24 November.
