Mentoring and peer-peer support are well-established and powerful development tools. When taken on board with a gender-responsive lens, these tools can be mobilized to support more women, diversity and inclusion within organisations. From formal mentoring and measuring their concrete positive impact on formal business objectives and performance, to the importance of creating informal relationships, this IGC workshop will look at best practices and create an opportunity for you to ask questions from an expert in this field, Sunita Sehmi.

Participants in this workshop will be exposed to the full spectrum of mentoring and how it could help them advance gender equality, through the Gender Champions Challenge and beyond.

Please be ready to engage and share your ideas.  The main presentation will be recorded and the Question and Answer will operate under Chatham House rules.  If you cannot attend, you are welcome to extend the invitation to one or two colleagues in your organisation who would find it useful.
