Philippe Ramet of the French Mission to the UN will present his views on possible collaboration and Professor Elisabeth Prügl, Director of the Graduate Institute's Gender Centre will give a cogent and brief context for gender mainstreaming, how we arrived at the concept, how it is working, and how it might be used to greater effect in development and international relations.
