You are cordially invited to participate in the launch of the first-ever UN System-wide Knowledge Hub on Addressing Sexual Harassment, which will take place virtually on 14 June 2023 from 10:00 – 11:15 am EST.
The Knowledge Hub is developed by UN Women, as part of the joint efforts of the CEB Task Force on Addressing Sexual Harassment to enhance coordination among the United Nations system. The Hub is the first of its kind to bring together UN system-wide resources, tools and best practices on addressing sexual harassment. It will serve as a long-term solution to enhancing knowledge sharing on the UN’s efforts to eliminate sexual harassment, and improving accessibility to the wealth of existing resources within the UN system and beyond. The Hub will be publicly accessible to all UN personnel, Member States, civil society and the public, thereby enhancing transparency and accountability.
The event will introduce the Knowledge Hub's features, its functionalities, and how it can support system-wide efforts to address sexual harassment. Distinguished speakers and experts will provide key insights on tackling sexual harassment, followed by a conversation with leadership on enhancing cooperation in the UN system on this important issue.
