Join a peer-to-peer learning dialogue on the latest work of the Chief Executives Board (CEB) Task Force on Addressing Sexual Harassment within the Organizations of the UN system, as well as of the Civil Society partners and UN Member States. The creation of inclusive and accountable working environments, free of sexual harassment, where all colleagues feel respected and included is key to preventing sexual harassment in international organizations and civil society organizations. Gender Parity and a diversity and inclusion approach that understands layered identities and structures should be applied to transforming organizational culture as outlined in the Enabling Environment Guidelines for the United Nations System and Field-specific enabling environment guidelines. The event will explore how we can collaborate to address, prevent and, ultimately, eradicate sexual harassment through creating an enabling environment.
