On the occasion of the International Day of Democracy, come join us at the Palais des Nations for the screening of 'The Divine Order' to discover how in 1971, a young Swiss housewife organized the women of her town to petition for the right to vote.

The film will be introduced by the director, Petra Volpe, and Ambassador Valentin Zellweger, Permanent Representative of Switzerland to the UN.

Director Petra Volpe will be available for questions after the movie.

It will be a great occasion to reflect on the importance of gender equality and women's full participation in democratic processes.
