The programme explores the ongoing underrepresentation of women in leadership roles, while highlighting the individuals and initiatives working to drive meaningful change. Among those featured are International Gender Champions Caitlin Kraft-Buchman, IGC Co-Founder and CEO/Founder of Women at the Table, Dr. Musonda Mumba, Secretary-General of the Ramsar Convention on Wetlands, and Sofia Calltorp, Director of UN Women's Geneva Office. The feature underscores both the structural challenges that remain and the growing momentum of efforts to close the leadership gap.
