The IGC Youth Champions Programme is officially in full swing with its 10 dynamic mentoring pairs!
The six-month pilot initiative aims to amplify the voices of future leaders in gender equality by fostering an intergenerational dialogue between Geneva-based Gender Champions and young activists from around the world.
By transitioning away from a conventional mentoring format towards a more collaborative and inclusive exchange, the programme seeks to provide a space for the mentoring pairs to learn from each other's experiences, insights, and expertise.
